We wanted to say how pleased we are with our new shower and the efficient and good-humoured way in which it was so quickly installed - despite the glitches. When we returned (after Grahams departure) we were amazed to see how clean he had left the bathroom and would like you to convey our thanks. This meant I was able to clean walls, ceiling, windows etc on Friday. Our 'Aussie' guests arrive on Sunday 16th, so we're done and dusted. Lastly, how do we ensure that rain etc does not go down the waste? Perhaps we can talk about this when Graham calls in a months time?

I write to thank you for the installation of the new bath and bathroom - we are delighted with the work carried out. In particular we would wish to express out thanks to the workman involved in the installation namely Steven (from Durham) who worked tirelessly for the five days of the process. He was an example of excellent customer care and kept us informed on all stages of the installation we would recommend his work without hesitation. In addition he was hard working and thorough in his work The work did take much longer than anticipated because the wall panels initially delivered were much too large to be taken into the room and the new ones re-ordered were not delivered until the fourth day of installation. The outstanding balance was paid by cheque to Steven.

Now that our exceedingly beautiful bathroom is finished and fully functional, I feel it is time to show the credit which is surely due. From the time that you personally came to quote us we were struck by the sheer professionalism of your organisation, we were constantly kept updated by your very calm and collected voice of Mrs Pam Nesbitt, actually visited by Mr Richard Whitehouse spot on the time promised, and given a succession of paper work specifying to the last detail the work which you would undertake. The arrival of Loll, our real hero of this operation was also punctual and his extremely hard work was remarkable! He operated extremely diligently and always in a very calm and knowledgeable manner ever with a great deal of cheerfulness. Arrival of the vehicle to deliver our components and collect vast amounts of rubbish was yet another sight to behold, the driver, another cheerful purposeful employee made light work of helping Loll to carry the bath, tiles, toilet etc up to our third floor Apartment, even bringing a smile from one or two of our more dour faced residents, rather than the usual grumpiness! Finally to your efficient electrician, another smart credit to the company, he quickly did his work, made sure that we understood, as was away as quickly as he arrived! Please thank everyone including those behind the scene who made a large operation so easily bearable.
